Ancestry DNA Kits & Reunion Assistance

C.P. Glover Foundation provides free or discounted Ancestry DNA kits (subject to availability) to adoptees and birth families who are searching for their lost loved ones.  We also provide skip trace services and will assist with initiating contact.

Father's Rights

C.P. Glover Foundation provides free services to fathers who need assistance navigating the Putative Father Registry.  Time is of the essence!! if a father does not register on the  Putative Father Registry within 30 days after the birth of his child, the father WAIVES HIS RIGHT TO BE NOTIFIED and the child can be adopted without the father ever receiving notice.

Legal Name Change for Adoptees

If you are adopted and wish to change your name back to the name your biological parents gave you or to a name that is representative of who you are (as opposed to the name your adoptive parents gave to you), C.P. Glover Foundation will prepare the legal paperwork for you free of charge (certain restrictions apply).

Adult Adoptions

If you are an adoptee or biological parent who would like to essentially "annul" the adoption by adopting the adoptee back into the biological family, C.P. Glover Foundation will prepare the legal paperwork for you free of charge (certain restrictions apply).

We believe the best way to empower the family unit is to increase a sense of self-worth, provide access to opportunities and resources, improve decision-making authority, and support each woman's ability to effectuate change both inside and outside of the home.
